Audrey Hepburn reimagined by Ben as a young woman, with modern blue tinted sunglasses and fabulous hair & makeup, looking thoughtful and stunning!
Ben approached this idea and created a few renditions of the artwork from his mind’s eyes using different colour palettes ('Shades Of Teal' shows his talent with silver, greys and monochromes) and captures Hepburn’s timeless beauty and in this case younger innocence, with all her hopes & dreams for the future.
The background is imbued with aqua, hints of green, blacks and Ben's much loved dripping gold paint, and like other editions this is hand finished with 24ct gold relief.
I must say Audrey's hair, makeup and eyebrows looks sensational! and she would be the bell of any modern day ball or event.
The actress devoted much of her later life to UNICEF charity causes and putting her fame to good use, raising awareness of good causes and suffering around the world.
