After a heavy storm, the heavens appear to be clearing in 'Greys Inn' by Bill Tolley. This limited edition giclee departs from his normal style, mostly bereft of colour the painting focuses on the sunshine & light beginning to come through the parting clouds and splash colour over the peaceful village.

Grey Inns looks like a central London image at the time of the Great Smog! but I think it is actually representing a storm in a village and how quite dramatically the weather can change into something a whole lot brighter.
