The Walk Home by Bob Barker

The title is most certainly connected to the nature of the piece, as you can see the composition of the character that appears minuscule to us walks off into the distance and endures what appears to be a long walk home.

Draw your eye to the attention to detail Barker creates in this fantastic representation of a street. Have you seen the puddles yet? This is perhaps the part I most favour from this wonderful Giclee. Its colours soak up the sky, which then combines with the brilliant warm oranges and deep terracotta's from the walls and paving slabs. There is a real authentic quality about this image and is certainly a favourite of mine from his collection!
