A beautiful painting of a Highland Stag set in its natural habitat, the Scottish Highlands and a vision cast in the mind of nearly all of us from TV, film and storybook.
Although often associated with Whisky labels such as 'Glenfiddich,' for me the Highland Stag conjures up images of Scotland's natural beauty and their brave historic past, from 'Braveheart' William Wallace to countless other greats.
Here, Debbie subtly paints the stag in all his glory and with a winter coat; did you notice how the cold air falls from his mouth and the tops of his antlers also cut through it? - wonderful Debbie!
