Doug's follow up release to the much earlier released & highly sort after: 'Somebody Loves You' (picture & sculpture).

A lovely resin sculpture celebrating the bond between man and feline, this is a simple & yet delightful image of a cat in their masters' arms.

Did you notice Doug Hyde's simple composition of the cat's face? and yet you are able to imbue so much emotion & thought in the cat's expression.

Perhaps Hyde's follow up to the much older sculpture 'Somebody Loves You - Sculpture' only this time the cat has leapt up from the man's legs right into his arms, perhaps saying: 'Don't drop me!'

This keeps reminding me of Jess the 'Black And White Cat' from the children's programme Postman Pat lol - and wouldn't you know it, I found out Doug has named this cat 'Jess' too!

The man and the cat so perfectly captured in May's Sculpture release (of the same name) has now been created in limited print format, with this marvellous new release 'Pride & Joy - Picture'

I know for fact many cat lovers are Doug Hyde fans from all the feedback we hear and this little black cat has featured in a host of fantastic Hyde's over the years!
