Stowaway by Doug Hyde

As the two characters peddle away into the night they have a little visitor which has sneakily come along for the journey and this is none other than the adorable little dog who is one of Hyde's reoccurring characters for this particular series.

Instantly recognisable as one of Hyde's images, the cartoon like feet of the characters have a unique geometrical shape to them and make their feet feel light and airy.

The areas of light which hit the ground from the street lamps are brilliant, they certainly highlight against the cool blues and dark navy's that the night's sky reflect onto the street.

The fact that we are only able to view this image from the same level as the dog who is safely tucked away in a brown satchel is brilliant; we can view the world from the dog's eyes and gain a completely new perspective of the goings on which surround him.
