Here she finishes putting on suspenders as the night light illuminates her chest, hands and legs - Fabian paints exquisite reflection and textures. The rich dark colours of the room help create the storybook ambience within the canvas.

The way he has painted the light falling brightly on just one the side of her face (the side you can’t see), shows mastery of in the use of yellow & white hues.

She is beautiful, reflective and we are left wondering her thoughts and what plays out either side of this scene.
