A Walk In The Woods by Jeff Rowland

This charming piece by Jeff Rowland was inspired by his walks in Northumberland. Rowland wanted to deviate away from his better know cityscapes by painting nature in all its glory.

Still including his well known and loved rain soaked style, Rowland wanted to make the composition warm and uplifting.

He has without a doubt created a wonderful sense of warmth through the use of the marvellous orange, red, and brown tones seen in the trees; the colours that autumn lovers look forward to seeing every year upon their walks in the woods.
