April In Paris by Jeff Rowland

It is literally 'April in Paris' and Spring is in the air and despite the rain, couples are enjoying their time in the most romantic city in the world! Jeff Rowland has painted what appears to be market day in Paris, with couples braving the rain to enjoy its delights and 'soak' up the atmosphere, as the Eiffel Tower casts a watchful eye over them. We have Jeff's trademarks fog and raindrops here, which are a delight as always to view but I also love this limited edition's more colourful than usual aspect here. We have the greenery of the trees on the left, the beige tones of the building, the multi-coloured canopies of the market traders and the balloons, bunting and French flag embellish the canvas with splashes of life and colour, I certainly haven't seen before. A wonderfully accomplished limited edition canvas and subtly, new artistic territory for Jeff Rowland.
