A continuation of JJ's Rule Briannia Series in which the artist reflects on modern day Britain, the French words at the bottom: Art Du Jour, translate to: 'Art Of The Day.'
A 'Whale's Tale' comes out of the water, and we see it covered with graffiti, tags and slogans & (often seen on JJ's work) the McDonald’s logo!
The whale itself also has a Union Jack Flag on one side of his torso and P&O Ferries lettering on the other.
With the words on the tale including: 'Advertise Your Business Here,' & 'Don't Free Boris,' as well as a Tesco plastic bag in the water, I wonder if this is another commentary on the power & sway of big business and corporations?
