A comical caricature of the British Prime Minister and a bit of fun in its own right, artwork JJ says you could easily: 'hang in the loo!' lol.
Also, perhaps some unkind fat shaming going on as well of Boris, although in art humour it does appear anything is fair game - and to some art in itself is a form of satire.
