A continuation of JJ's iconic 'Time Magazine Cover Series, this time featuring the King himself Elvis at his 1968 comeback special!

Airing on the NBC channel in the USA on 3rd December, it was to be Elvis’s return to live performances after a near 7 year absence making films and organised by his legendary manager Colonel Tom Parker.

The King presented a rather different ‘modern’ look and in this shot was donned in black leather jacket and trousers and I’m sure all the girls went wild once again!
