As Panayi masterfully creates her new release for spring 2013, her figure of interest features a female who dramatically poses so that she slumps her head back, with a flamboyant gesture in the movement of her arm and rests for a moment to take the weight off of her heavy legs which bear the pain from her overly large stilettos.
