Sitting Pretty by Kay Boyce

The jpegs being used maybe low resolution but I can assure you these where superb limited editions by Kay Boyce from the 1990-early 2000s era of releases!

A title Kay has returned to several times, with a blonde model seated in beautiful flowing dresses made of various materials, textures and softness.

This newer title simply called 'Sitting Pretty' was the follow up to the older limited edition pair 'Sitting Pretty I & II’ (with purple-pinkish backgrounds), produced from her time with the now defunct Soloman & Whitehead publishing house in England.

Updated in style and artistic flair, this newer edition is larger and has much more detail. It’s easy to fall in love with the warm sandy tones that colour the background colour of the painting!

Her dress is made of the most luxurious material and Kay has captured every nuisance of it. 'Sitting Pretty' makes for an enchanting limited edition print and a fantastic addition to the artists catalogue.
