The 'Four Seasons' is a theme Kealey returns to in many paintings and indeed she has titled at least three originals with such.
She is drawn to the natural world, and trees are something that are very close to her heart and indeed her paintbrush.
As an abstract painter she already has a certain amount of freedom, but she feels the seasons allow her to experiment further with colour palettes and juxtapose her four compositions for each new painting - with spectacular results!
