I love the opaque blue, white and dark clothing and of course, this is another in Kerry Darlington's Wooden Background collection - the artist has purposely created and painted a wooden background, giving these artworks even more of a treasure trove feel.

Did you see the globe type object in the middle of the picture, perhaps a pendent? But more likely the moon or the earth, along with other Cosmic shapes, stars and galaxies imbuing the picture to ethereal heights.

This reminds me of the paintings of the much loved artist Charlotte Atkinson and her angelic, mystical figures.

The latest Kerry creation, due on general release from 28th February 2020 and set to be another highly sort after unique edition.

Currently we are showing the 1st 'snippet' of the limited edition picture and it depicts a winged angelic figure, pausing for thought and touching her lip in contemplation.

Stunning grey eyes complement beautifully the silver with blue edged feathers of her wings and notice the North Star-like sparkle in her hair? Reminiscent of on one of my favourite angel paintings, the late Robert Heindel's 'Floating Angel 11.'

This is part of her highly collectable Boutique Edition range and as such are even smaller edition size than her regular editions.
