Is It Fixed Yet Dad? by Leigh Lambert

This latest limited edition: 'Is It Fixed Yet Dad?' is another in a series of Leigh Lambert paintings featuring Dads & Grandad's tinkering around with their cars, while children look on with great interest.

Here it appears to be a 'Dad' with obligatory flat cap, while mum and kids wait patiently for him to finish the last-minute checks before they head off to the seaside! (I assume he is checking the oil & water?)

The giveaway is the little girl with the red bucket and spade and the boy holding his football for a 'knock around' later when they get to the beach.

I do love these pencil sketch based limited editions, showing Leigh's artistic ability is not restricted to tradition oil painting and extends to the pencil/graphite medium.
