Its fascinating to see how Leigh references his original drawing and then formulates his final painting of the parents and the children, enjoying their new igloo and which elements he keeps and expands.

By the time he is ready to produce his full-colour limited edition, the paper is full of emotion and story!

Winter has come (and so has the weekend!) and so it's time for a bit of father and child bonding, with the two dads helping to build the kids their very own igloo; sheltering the children just a little from the cold outside but more importantly it's their new 'secret' hideaway.

Leigh's lovely nod to childhood dreams and adventure, as the children hurry to be inside their new igloo and look...they even have a window!
