Mark Randall was born in Coventry and served in the Royal Navy from 1941 - 1946 and after leaving, he settled in London working as a commercial artist. He has exhibited at the Royal Academy and has become a regular contributor at: The Royal Institute of Oil Painters, The Pastel Society and The National Society.
