I love how the body hair becomes less defined as we move down from the face (almost blurry), the realism of the nose area, the ears showing his alertness, and his eyes have been sketched with a magical reflective glow!

The wild British Fox has always fascinated artists and remains a valuable part of the landscape & ecosystem of the countryside. In recent decades with the urban sprawl and amount of plentiful food 'left over,' the fox has made her home in urban areas.

The fox has definitely got ‘bad press’ as a nuisance but she is a scavenger & is going to locate where the easy food resides. Perhaps we need to do more to protect and manage her real home.
