River Panorama by Neil Dawson

'River Panorama' stands out from all previous Neil Dawson releases, with a marked shift in colour palette use on this new giclee on canvas, for Spring 2014. Neil starts with the idea to include two best selling themes in his new release: the city of London and the River Thames. Next he paints the background and the buildings in grey and monochrome, while carefully adding very small touches of colour with his depiction of lights and windows into illuminated rooms. Finally two steps follows: embellish parts of the bridge with red and then paint the reflection of the electric light in the water - giving the picture an almost magical feel. Voila, we have before us a superb new limited edition painting.
