The first thing I thought of was the Hindu festival of 'Holi,' also known as the Festival Of Colours, were people throw powdered paint and water in celebration!

Essentially these ‘deluxes’ are larger canvases for the artist to display his considerable talents in capturing cityscapes and imbuing them with magical hyper-colours.
