With a grumpy and stern expression, emphasised by the raw urban edge of the graffiti wall, this fellow is certainly not one to mess with.

I love the combination of mixing two different worlds together, the wildlife of the animal to that of a urban street life holligan who almost warns us to stay away from his patch!

Notice the brilliant combination of style too; for example you have the very realistic strokes and painted marks made of that belonging to the gorilla and yet a smoother spray canned effect has been referenced to the creature's background.

Yet both feel like they are meant to be there and that the artist simply hasn't placed one subject with another for no particular reason.

We really love this piece and feel that it would certainly make for a good focal and talking point on your wall or inside your cage.
