Kenton certainly offers us a new interpretation, as Parliament has been painted in the negative. Instead of seeing the typical dark silhouette of the building against the light sky, Kenton has offered us the reverse. The structure of the Parliament building is made up of frantically layered white lines that illuminate against the midnight blue background, creating a dramatic night-time view of this iconic building.
