The eyes of the 'Impossimal' characters play a big part in Peter Smith's artwork and in this limited edition, 'Family,' he uses their eyes to deliberately lead your perceptions - the end result being you smile!
This box canvas certainly evokes warm feelings, as family love is the sentiment it portrays. Notice the 'Mummy' and 'Daddy' Impossimals seen to the far left and far right of the canvas, are both looking in towards the centre of the image? as is the young pink Impossimal.
However, the eye line of the small blue one purposely directs us towards the bold red heart that sits just between his ears, indicating the love that is shared between this cute family of four & this is the underlying message of this new limited edition by Peter.
