The way in which Hefferan pushes himself as an artist is certainly apparent within this particular image.
Notice the use of expressionism and how he allows the paint brush to move more freely and bolder within its strokes, its brilliant!
You can see the tension on the male's face as he uses his strength to support his partner whilst engrossed in their 'First Dance'.
This is certainly a step forward in Hefferan's way of working and makes for a fantastic wall hanging!
