Another child in nature scene, I am sure drawing inspiration for when her own children & nieces and nephews where small. We find a young girl turned out in her finest white summer dress in a sea of warm, beautiful yellow daisies; perhaps mother is calling her or she is starring in delight at her dog bounding in the meadow in the distance?
Wonderful shades of yellows, browns and whites are used to show light and notice the ‘ticker tape’ shapes of white splashes Sherree has generously applied to the canvas, showing the light sparkling off the scene.
