I wonder if this title is a pun on the sandcastles that children like are likely building on the beach in the distance; or perhaps the famous St Ives' Tregenna Castle Hotel, which is likely just metres away from this vista?
As usual Tom's quirky sense of humour is ever present with the words 'Gods Sandpit' cut from a newspaper and placed into the picture, along with several other 'hidden text' - go on, take your time and find them all!
